Geniprocess’ management and staff are committed to preventing all forms of corruption, fraud, money laundering, and terrorist financing within and outside our company. In the event of non- compliance by the employees (directors, managers and employees), disciplinary measures are applied according to the severity of the case and the analysis of it, which may lead to termination of employment without prejudice to civil and criminal actions that may correspond. 

We are committed, as representatives of our organization, to conduct ourselves within the limits established by the laws, regulations, statutes, codes, policies, and procedures of our corporation, as well as to reflect respect for others. 

GeniProcess International will not tolerate sexual harassment or any forms of harassment, including sexual assault, within the company, at field sites or anywhere that work is conducted. Our company  has taken the necessary steps to help ensure all environments are free from such occurances. Additionally, we are bolstering our policies, guidelines and communications so that organizations clearly understand expectations and individuals understand their rights.

There is a commitment made by the company to consistently ensure good practices to safeguard and archive information so as to

At GeniProcess International, privacy is highly advocated and practiced in adherence to international standards; the company has already in place global best practices pertaining to general information security, thus acquiring the relevant qualification certifications. 

Confidentiality is one of the many values by which GeniProcess operates. The infrastructure is secured for both business practices and customers data, through the adoption of privacy shields and regular efficiency updates. We reject the misuse of inside information for personal or third-party benefits, at all levels of the organization. Insider traded information sharing is also prohibited. A safe framework is adopted  to guarantee the efficient use of our services, therefore effectively contributing to the sustainable development of the communities in which we operate. Business is conducted in accordance with the regulations set in every market where it operates.  The company networks are shielded and anti-hacking policies as well as data security are enforced. Additionally, password verifications and data protection are always enabled around the office and surrounding premises to ensure the secure handling of important data and working files.

There is a zero-tolerance approach towards bribery, corruption and fraud. The company is committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships wherever we operate. We have commitment to implementing and enforcing effective systems to counter bribery, corruption and fraud. 

Policies are enforced and adopted by the company, aiming to help in guiding employees in identifying which corrupt business practices are prohibited in their day-to-day work so that corruption is avoided. It outlines acceptable and unacceptable behaviours to ensure our work is conducted in a socially responsible and ethical manner and in compliance with all applicable legislations. We are committed to uphold all laws relevant to countering bribery, corruption and fraud in all the jurisdictions in which we operate, and we continually monitor policies and practices to identify and manage potential conflicts between people in the company. The top management monitors the implementation of these policies.

Health and Safety

The company is committed to raising the level of quality management systems, occupational health and safety as well as the environment; across all departments and individuals working with and for the company. For the past two years, no major or critical incidents were presented. 

Our workforce is regularly audited in the field for health and safety compliance as well as the company’s commitment to ensure the safe arrival of the workers to and from the site. 

  • Safe drive/commute of workers to and from working sites safely.
  • New recruits are promptly given theoretical and practical training for the:
  • The proper use of PPE.
  • Risk assessment.
  • Problem solving for impending risks.

WORKING AT HEIGHTS

Employees are required to complete a specialized height training along with practicing safety simulation tests in addition to the promotion of the proper use of PPE. 

WORKING WITH ELECTRICITY

Safety instructions complemented with proper training is provided to properly and safely use electric devices to ensure the safety of ‘equipment handlers’.
