Geniprocess’s CSR portfolio includes supporting Local Community development programs, supporting education for underprivileged children, providing digital literacy programs, skill development, infrastructure support and training for low-income groups. Additionally, we aim to support colleges & institutions for awareness campaigns and charitable functions. Whenever possible, Geniprocess will make financial contributions annually to medical institutes to positively influence the wellbeing and livelihood of underprivileged societies and communities.
GP has added on socially- driven features to its policies.
Social development functions for enhanced quality of Life:
Our institute has participated in a wide array of projects to support the underprivileged in the local Egyptian society. An excellent example for participating in Large projects by charitable organizations includes Misr El Kheir’s Large Scale water connection projects. Participation in the Egyptian Food bank is also a recurring theme.
Social development functions for Healthcare:
The company routinely participates in functions contributing to providing more adequate healthcare for patients and promises to positively influence societies. Contributions by the company are routinely made for a multitude of institutions, to name a few: 57357 Children’s Cancer Hospital’s ‘Fight against Cancer’, The Magdi Yacoub Global Heart Foundation’s Aswan Heart Centre, the National Cancer Institute’s initiatives; a more private participation would be provision of essential hospital and health supplies to hospitals such as Abou El Reish hospital, Kasr El Nil.
Social development support for the department of prisons:
A large organization affiliated with the national council of women (NCW) works towards paying off debts for female prisoners incarcerated for this reason. GeniProcess International continues to collaborate with such institutes to reunite these women with their families.
Collaboration with universities for awareness campaigns:
Awareness-raising can be an important part of developing community support for changes in the informal justice sector; it has been shown to change knowledge and attitudes about several topics. Campaigns should focus on tangible issues that are most relevant to the lives of community members, and should help community members better understand the subject matter. GeniProcess International has collaborated with the Faculty of Biotechnology at October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA), on numerous occasions including the annual Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign, held in October. And the 1st Diabetes Awareness Campaign, held in November. The company sponsors as many impact driven events under the scope of socio-economic development due to its realization that CSR initiatives are to assess and take responsibility for the company’s effects on the environment and impact on social welfare and this is something we take very seriously.
